REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Trendvertiser through its website https://www.trendvertiser.services and through direct agreements, subscriptions, proposals, or contracts entered into between Trendvertiser (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the Client (“you”, “your”).
By engaging our services or making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. NO REFUND POLICY
Trendvertiser follows a strict no-refund policy.
Once payment has been made, no amount shall be refunded under any circumstances, except in the single situation mentioned below:
A refund shall only be considered if Trendvertiser completely halts and stops providing all agreed services to the Client permanently without justification and without transfer of services.
Outside of this limited exception, all fees paid are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Monthly retainers
Package plans
Project-based payments
Setup fees
Advertising management fees
AI photoshoot services
Creative, design, development or strategy services
Dissatisfaction with results, change in business decisions, market conditions, or internal changes on the Client’s side shall not qualify for any refund.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY – NOTICE PERIOD
Either party (Trendvertiser or the Client) may request cancellation of services by providing a minimum written notice of 30 days.
All cancellation requests must be:
Submitted in writing via email or formal letter
Clearly stating the intention to cancel
Acknowledged and approved by Trendvertiser in writing
Services will continue during the 30-day notice period, and the Client is required to make full payment for that period.
There will be no immediate or same-day termination.
3. CONTRACT LOCK-IN & EARLY TERMINATION
Once a service agreement, subscription plan, or contract has been finalized, signed, or verbally confirmed and work has started, it shall be treated as locked-in.
If the Client terminates the contract early, the following applies:
a) Fixed-Term Contracts (less than 12 months)
The Client shall be legally obligated to pay the total remaining value of the contract, even if they choose to stop the services before completion.
b) Long-Term Contracts (12 months or more)
If the Client chooses to discontinue services before the agreed term:
The Client must pay 50% (half) of the remaining contract value
The final amount will be calculated and mutually acknowledged
Payment must be made before formal termination is confirmed
This clause applies regardless of whether services are being used or not at the time of cancellation.
4. CLIENT DISSATISFACTION & TERMINATION PROCEDURE
If the Client is not satisfied with Trendvertiser’s work, they are permitted to request termination only under the following strict procedure:
The Client must submit a written complaint clearly stating the reasons for dissatisfaction.
The Client must provide a one-month (30-day) written notice of intent to terminate.
The Client must sign a Virtual Termination Form / Mutual Termination Agreement provided by Trendvertiser.
The Client must pay all dues for the notice period before termination becomes effective.
After the completion of the 30-day notice period and signing of the termination form, services will be formally terminated.
No refund shall be issued even in cases of dissatisfaction.
5. NON-PAYMENT CONSEQUENCES
If the Client fails to make any expected payment:
Trendvertiser reserves the right to immediately pause or suspend all services
Any unpaid period will still remain legally payable
Continued non-payment may result in legal recovery action
All intellectual property shall remain with Trendvertiser until full payment is received
Suspension of services due to non-payment does not qualify for a refund.
6. TERMINATION BY TRENVERTISER
Trendvertiser may immediately terminate services without notice if:
The Client violates any laws or regulations
The Client engages in unethical or abusive behavior
The Client requests illegal or harmful work
The Client breaches contractual or payment obligations
In such cases, no refund shall be provided, and all outstanding dues shall become immediately payable.
7. AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
By proceeding with any payment, agreement, subscription or service engagement with Trendvertiser, you acknowledge and agree that:
You fully understand this Refund & Cancellation Policy
You have accepted its terms voluntarily
This policy forms a legally binding part of your agreement with Trendvertiser
