By using our Website or services, you confirm that:

If acting on behalf of an organisation, you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms
3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Making a payment for any service
If you are acting on behalf of a business or third party, you confirm you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.
4. SERVICES & SCOPE
The scope of services will be defined through one or more of the following:

A signed proposal or quotation
Email confirmation
Invoice description
Website service package selection
Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be considered additional work and will be billed separately.
Trendvertiser reserves the right to refuse any work that is illegal, unethical, or contrary to its internal policies.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete and lawful information
Share all required materials (logos, content, access, approvals) in a timely manner
Respond to requests and approvals without undue delay
Ensure all shared materials do not infringe upon third-party rights
Make payments as per the agreed schedule
Delays caused due to late inputs, incomplete briefs, or lack of approvals will not make Trendvertiser liable for missed deadlines.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Unless stated otherwise in writing:
All projects are payable in advance or based on agreed milestones
Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date
Late payments may result in:
Suspension of services
Delay in deliverables
Additional charges or penalties
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
Prices listed exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All concepts, designs, content, code, strategies, creatives, templates, AI visuals, and materials produced by Trendvertiser remain the intellectual property of Trendvertiser until full payment has been received.
Upon successful payment:
Ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client
Trendvertiser retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials
No part of Trendvertiser’s work may be resold, reused, redistributed or modified without prior written consent.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality over all non-public, sensitive, or proprietary information exchanged during the course of the project including:
Login credentials
Marketing strategies
Business plans
Customer lists
Financial data
Internal processes
This obligation shall continue even after the termination of services.
9. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & PLATFORMS
Trendvertiser may use or operate on third-party platforms and tools including but not limited to:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google (Ads, Analytics, Search Console)
Hosting & domain providers
AI tools & automation software
Trendvertiser shall not be liable for:
Platform downtimes
Account suspensions
Policy changes
Algorithm updates
Third-party losses or damages
The Client is responsible for strictly complying with those platform policies.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
You acknowledge that:
Results in digital marketing are affected by multiple external factors
Trendvertiser does not guarantee profits, leads, traffic, viral content, or top rankings
All services are provided on a best-effort basis
No oral, written or implied promise of guaranteed success is made.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Trendvertiser shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
This includes loss of profit, data, reputation, customers, or business opportunity
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by the client to Trendvertiser in the past 30 days
12. TERMINATION
Trendvertiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service without notice if:
These Terms are violated
Payment is overdue
Illegal or unethical work is requested
Abuse or misconduct is shown towards staff
Upon termination, the Client must pay all outstanding dues immediately.
All intellectual property remains with Trendvertiser until final settlement.
13. REFUND & CANCELLATION
No refunds will be issued once work has begun
Monthly service plans are strictly non-refundable
Cancellation requests must be made 15 days in advance in writing
Immediate cancellations may lead to additional charges
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any conflict or dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of:
Vaniyambadi, Tamil Nadu, India
15. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Trendvertiser reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updates will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Website or services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
